Rearranging and Deleting of Scan Docs

To move a document from one folder to another:

  • Select the accession number where the document has been scanned.
    • Click on ScanDoc.
  • Select the document to move.
    • Click on move.

  • Select the field to select the destination accession number. Clicking on the field next to 'Select New Folder' will populate a list of possible accession numbers for all available visits for the selected patient. 

  • Select the destination accession number and Click on 'Save'.

  • A scanned document can also be moved from a visit to a patient level.  
    • Select the document to move and select 'Patient ScanDoc' and Save to move the document.

 

To delete a scanned document: (depending on the user level, this functionality might be limited to super users or admin users only)

  • Select the accession number where the document has been scanned.
  • Select the document to delete.
  • Click on delete.

  • NOTE: Make sure to select the correct document before deleting – The document cannot be recovered if deleted accidentally.
